Common questions
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, design work, and current demand. Typical projects take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks; your listing or proposal states the estimate that applies.
Can you create the design for me?
Yes. We can work from an idea, a sketch, a photo, or an incomplete file. Design work is quoted up front and appears as its own line on the proposal when charged.
Do you offer pickup or shipping?
Both. Local pickup in Jacksonville is by coordinated appointment, and we ship anywhere in the United States. Some destinations, like Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, may need a manual shipping quote.
What if something arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof?
Report it within seven calendar days of delivery with several clear photos from different angles (and packaging photos for shipping damage; video if it helps show the issue). If we got it wrong or it arrived damaged, we repair, reprint, replace, or refund the affected portion.
