Artwork and Intellectual Property Policy

Your confirmation. By supplying artwork, names, marks, logos, or images you confirm you own them or have permission to use them.

Content we may refuse. We may refuse content involving copyright or trademark infringement, illegal content, deceptive materials, hate or extremist content, or other content we reasonably cannot or will not produce.

Ownership. Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer or its original owner. After full payment, you may use the approved final artwork created for your project as stated in the proposal. Editable working files, source files, production setup files, print profiles, cut paths, internal templates, and other production files are not automatically included. Copyright assignment, editable source files, or broader transfer rights require a separate written agreement and may require a substantial additional fee.

Portfolio use. We may photograph and display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request confidentiality in writing before publication. We do not expose confidential personal information.
