Shipping and Lead-Time Policy

Shipping Policy

Shipping area. Shipping is currently available within the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, and unusual destinations may require manual confirmation and additional charges.

Carriers. The carrier and service are selected based on destination, package, timing, and cost. Tracking is supplied when the carrier provides it.

Production time and transit time are separate. Lead times stated on a listing or proposal are production estimates and begin after payment and (for custom work) proof approval. Carrier transit time is additional and carrier transit dates are not guaranteed.

Delayed orders. If a stated shipping estimate cannot be met, we will contact you, provide an updated estimate where reasonably possible, and allow you to accept the delay or cancel the undelivered work for an appropriate refund where required. Nothing here conflicts with federal delayed-shipment obligations.

Delivered but missing. Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier tracking detail, and notify us promptly. We will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation or claim. A shipment showing as delivered is not automatically replaced free of charge, but remedies are preserved when the investigation shows business or carrier error.

Incorrect address. You are responsible for addresses you provide. Additional shipment, return, redelivery, or reproduction costs may be charged when an incorrect customer-provided address causes loss or return. This does not apply when we entered the address incorrectly.

Local pickup. Pickup is by coordinated appointment, arranged by phone or email. After we first notify you that an order is ready, we hold it for 90 calendar days and make reasonable repeated contact attempts. After 90 days an unclaimed order may be treated as abandoned and is not automatically refundable, subject to applicable law (provisional draft position; flagged for legal review).
