Turnaround varies with current demand, product type, quantity, design requirements, and material availability. Typical projects take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks. Your confirmed proposal or the listing you order from states the estimate that applies to your project.

Rush production may be available for an additional charge when the schedule and materials allow it. Mention your date in the request and we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.

No universal minimum. Very small sticker orders may have noticeably higher per-piece pricing because setup and production time are spread across fewer pieces, while a large graphic can be reasonably priced as a single item.

Yes. We can develop artwork from an idea, a reference image, a sketch, a photograph, or an incomplete file. Design work may add cost; see the next answer. Start a custom request and describe what you have.

Design work is quoted from the expected time, complexity, file preparation, and the number and type of revisions expected. When charged, it appears as its own line on the proposal.

Reasonable proof revisions are included so the project can be produced correctly. Major direction changes, repeated redesigns, or revisions that substantially expand the original scope may require an additional design charge. Any added charge will be explained before more work is completed.

Editable vector or source files reproduce best: AI, SVG, editable PDF, and EPS where supported. Whatever you have, send the version with the most detail and we'll tell you honestly how it will print.

Yes. Lower-quality source material may need cleanup, recreation, or paid design work before it can print well, and we'll flag that on the quote before you commit.

We can target your brand colors, but exact screen-to-print and material-to-material matching can't be guaranteed. Normal output variation comes from display differences, ink, material, laminate, lighting, and production method.

Not automatically. Laminated decals and products specifically sold as outdoor graphics are intended for outdoor exposure; plain vinyl stickers are not automatically laminated or outdoor rated. Each listing or proposal identifies the intended material and use.

Laminated outdoor decals are commonly rated around 3 to 5 years, depending on the exact material, surface preparation, exposure, application, cleaning, and care. The applicable listing or proposal controls if it provides a more specific rating.

Yes. Local pickup is available by coordinated appointment, arranged by phone or email once your order is ready.

Shipping is currently available within the United States. Special destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO or similar addresses may require a manual quote or an additional shipping charge.

Generally yes, as long as the project files and specifications remain available. Materials and pricing may change over time, so a reorder is confirmed with current pricing.

Bulk and repeat-order pricing may be available based on quantity, product type, production efficiency, and the project's specifications. Larger runs usually bring the per-piece price down.

Yes. Submit a custom request and mention the exemption. We will confirm the required documentation and handle the order through the custom-work process.

We review the request and contact you if more information is needed. Then we prepare a proposal and proof, you approve both, and the required deposit or full payment is completed. Production begins after that, and the finished order is shipped or prepared for coordinated pickup.

Custom projects may require full payment or a deposit, as stated in the proposal. Production begins after the proof is approved and the required initial payment is received. Any remaining balance is due before shipment or pickup.

You can request cancellation while production has not started. Design work already completed, materials already purchased, setup already performed, and other unrecoverable costs may be deducted or remain nonrefundable. After production begins, custom work is generally not cancellable except where required by law or expressly agreed. See the returns policy.

Report it within seven calendar days of delivery with multiple clear photos from different angles, photos of the packaging when shipping damage is involved, and video when reasonably needed to understand or verify the issue. Keep the packaging and affected products while the claim is reviewed. Full details in the returns policy.

If the supplied product is materially incorrect or materially fails to match the approved proof, subject to reasonable production tolerances, report it within seven calendar days with the evidence described in the returns policyand we’ll make it right.

Only when you own the content or have permission to use it. We may refuse content that appears unauthorized, illegal, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. See the artwork policy.

Full vehicle and boat wraps are not currently offered. Vehicle lettering, boat names, registration lettering, business advertising graphics, and selected partial graphics can still be quoted.
