Return, Remake, and Refund Policy

Custom-made products are generally final sale, except for valid issues described below and rights that cannot legally be waived.

Cancellation and deposits. Before design, setup, purchasing, or production begins, refundable amounts may be returned. Once design or other work begins, completed design time, setup, purchased material, processing costs, and other unrecoverable costs may be deducted or remain nonrefundable. After proof approval or production start, custom-made products are generally not cancellable. This does not remove rights involving material defects, material mismatch with the approved proof, shipping damage, non-delivery, fraud, or other rights required by law.

Reporting a problem. Report claims within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with: multiple clear photos from different angles; photos of the packaging when shipping damage is involved; video when reasonably needed to understand or verify the issue. Keep the packaging and affected products while the claim is reviewed.

Remedies. Based on the issue, we will reasonably select repair, reprint, replacement, partial refund, or a full refund for the affected item or order where appropriate. If we confirm our own production error or a covered defect and require a return, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return postage. We do not require a return in every case.

What is not a production defect. Customer application errors, unsuitable surfaces, poor surface preparation, and damage caused after delivery are not production defects. Transfer tape is included when appropriate for the product; follow the supplied product guidance where available. You are responsible for damage caused by incorrect application.

Delay and non-delivery. If we miss a promised ship or delivery date, you may consent to a revised date or cancel for a refund of the undelivered work. Final-sale wording never removes mandatory legal rights involving delay, non-delivery, defect, or fraud.
