Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to quote, produce, deliver, and support your order: contact details, order details, shipping and billing addresses, uploaded artwork, and payment references.

Providers. We use service providers to operate the business, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and private file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), shipping carriers, analytics providers once enabled, and professional advisers and service providers where needed. Providers may process data only to operate, secure, support, or legally administer the business.

We do not sell customer data.

Payments. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by this application. We never see or store complete card numbers.

Email. Current email use is transactional (receipts, order updates, and replies to your requests). Promotional email may be added later only with appropriate consent and unsubscribe handling.

Artwork and request retention. Uploaded artwork is stored privately and used only to produce your work. Custom requests that do not become projects remain available to us until they are manually archived; archiving a request permanently deletes its uploaded artwork files from storage. Files for accepted projects may be retained for reorder convenience. Minimal transactional, audit, accounting, and legal records may remain where required.

Retention standard. We keep personal information only for legitimate business purposes and as required by legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

Your requests. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information through privacy@brockd.com (this address may forward to the main business inbox), subject to the obligations above.
