Custom Work and Proof Approval Policy

Custom work is produced only after you approve a written proof and proposal.

Review your proof carefully. Before approving, review spelling, names, phone numbers, dates, dimensions, quantities, colors, layout, placement, material and finish descriptions, and any other project-specific detail shown in the proof or proposal.

Approval authorizes production once the required payment is received. After approval: minor corrections may require an added charge; major changes may require a new proposal; work already produced is chargeable; and production may not be reversible.

Tolerances. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances and normal color variation between screens, materials, and production runs are not defects. This never permits us to deliver something materially different from the approved proof.
